Following a reflexology or Reiki session, it is essential to self-care to enhance the treatment's benefits. Ensure adequate hydration by drinking plenty of water to assist in flushing out toxins. Allow yourself time to rest, as you may experience some fatigue afterward. If any discomfort arises, consider gentle stretching or a warm bath to alleviate muscle tension. It is important to listen to your body and respond to its needs. Sometimes, as your body re-balances you may experience a healing reaction. this is a cleansing process and is a sign that your body has responded well to the treatment and is eliminating toxins.
